Terms of Use

These Terms of Use constitute an agreement between the user of the Tinvie mobile application and 2FP - For People From People. By registering with Tinvie or using the application, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

1. Description of the Service

Tinvie is a digital social platform where users can share their feelings anonymously and join category-based topic rooms. Within the platform, users can create anonymous topics, post comments, react, start private chats and add other users to their favourites.

2. Age Requirement

Tinvie is suitable only for users who are 18 years of age or older. Use of the application by persons under 18 is prohibited.

3. Rules of Use

The user agrees not to engage in the following behaviour:

• Sharing threats, harassment or hate speech
• Sharing sexual abuse material or unlawful content
• Sharing other users’ personal information
• Posting spam, advertising or referral content
• Attempting to compromise the security of the platform
• Producing misleading or malicious content

4. Moderation and Safety

Tinvie may apply automated moderation systems, AI-assisted content analysis and user reporting mechanisms. It reserves the right to remove content, temporarily suspend a user and permanently close an account.

5. Anonymous Use

Although Tinvie operates on the principle of anonymous use, users remain legally responsible for the content they share. It is agreed that no unlawful or threatening content, or content violating personal rights, will be shared.

6. Content Lifetimes

Topic rooms on the platform are temporary and follow the periods below:

• A topic room closes to active participation (commenting, joining) 45 minutes after it is created.
• From that moment it remains in the category list in read-only (view-only) state for 24 hours; the remaining countdown is shown inside the application during this period.
• At the end of this period the content is permanently removed from the public list.

Tinvie reserves the right to change these periods and its content retention policy without prior notice.

7. Premium Features

Paid premium features may be offered within Tinvie. Subscriptions are managed through the App Store and Google Play and are subject to those platforms’ own payment and cancellation policies.

8. Account Deletion

A user may delete their account at any time from within the application. Tinvie reserves the right to suspend or close an account in cases of rule violation, abuse or security risk.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

Versions of these terms in other languages are provided for information purposes only. In the event of any discrepancy between versions, the Turkish text prevails.
