Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how user data is collected, processed, stored and protected within the Tinvie mobile application. Tinvie is provided by 2FP - For People From People.

1. Data We Collect

2. Purposes of Data Use

• To create and manage user accounts
• To enable anonymous social interaction
• To carry out security and moderation processes
• To detect and resolve technical problems
• To provide premium services

3. AI-Assisted Moderation

Tinvie may use automated moderation systems in order to ensure user safety. Some content may be analysed for the purposes of automatic filtering, safety analysis and crisis detection. These processes are applied in order to increase user safety.

4. Data Retention Periods

Topic rooms on the platform are temporary and follow the lifecycle below:

• A topic room closes to active interaction (commenting, joining) 45 minutes after it is created.
• From that moment it remains in the relevant category list in read-only (view-only) state for 24 hours.
• At the end of this period the topic room is removed from the public list; the content is kept in internal systems for at most 1 week for service quality and usage analysis purposes, and is then permanently deleted.

Following an account deletion request, some data may be retained for a limited period under legal obligations.

Criminal Content Exception (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) Art. 28): Content found to contain child abuse, sexual violence, physical violence or animal abuse and blocked by the automated moderation system is retained for 2 years, together with user identity information (username, email address, account ID), the content text, date/time information and the related topic information. This data is shared only upon the request of competent authorities or where legally required.

5. Third-Party Services

Tinvie may use Firebase, RevenueCat, Resend, Expo Notifications and AI moderation services. These service providers may process data under their own privacy policies.

6. Children’s Privacy

Tinvie is designed only for users who are 18 years of age or older. Accounts of users under 18 may be removed.

7. Criminal Content and Legal Notification

Tinvie blocks and records content of a criminal nature detected on the platform (child abuse, sexual violence, physical violence, etc.) through its automated moderation system.

• Detected criminal content is reviewed by the platform management
• Where deemed necessary, it is shared with the relevant law enforcement authorities and the Turkish Information and Communication Technologies Authority (BTK)
• Users may also report inappropriate content through the in-app reporting system
